He is survived by: his wife Helen Dale; his son Wayne (Shillene); his grandchildren, Dewadenyayaks, Henudiyo, Ehsgenha and Hadawinetha; and his siblings, Fred (Jacque) of Hamilton, Violet Harris (Bryce) of Stellarton, James Dale (Rose) of Stellarton and Stella Doucette (Joe) of Eastern Passage.
