He is survived by: his spouse Natalie Adsetts; his children, Kyra, Autumn, Nikola and Paige; his parents, Elaine Adams and Arnold Adams; his siblings, Marc, Ray (Sarah), Jay (Rianne), Dave (Emily) and Phil (Nicole); his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Myles, Claire, Maya, Holden, Nash, Parker and Mackenley; his parents-in-law, Phillip Adsetts and Margaret Adsetts; and his grandparent Audrey Cook.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the CCU Unit at Sunnybrook Hospital or Bethell House Hospice.
