He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Matthew Bouhuis (Ashton) and Michelle Chiarcos (David); his granddaughter Mia; and his siblings, Nellie Brodie (Gary), John Bouhuis (Susan) and Mike Bouhuis (Charlene). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
