He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Neeb and Marie Neeb; his wife Velma (Ott); his children, Chuck (Debbie), Robin (Donald), Chris (Wanda), Kevin (Anita) and Paul (Robin); his grandchildren, Ryan (Candace), Melissa (Craig), Adam, Michelle (Clayton), April (Michael), Darren (Alyssa), Eric (Brittney), Andrea, Jessica, Emily, Michael and James; his great grandchildren, Spencer, Peyton, Reese, Sophia, Oliver, Aurora, Evelyn, Sully, Martin and Willa; his siblings, Lloyd (Ruth), Harold (Wilma), Leonard, Kenneth, Wayne, Shirley and Isabelle Atkinson; and his sisters-in-law, Naomi Neeb, Louise Neeb and Kay Scott.
