She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, David (Debra), Kerry and Tammy; her grandchildren, Lauren, Meagan, Hailey, Karlee and Brooklynn; her great grandchild Evelyn; her siblings, Lyn (Tom) and Gaye; and her parents, David Cook and Ivy Cook.
