She was predeceased by: her parent Gouke "George" Zijlstra. She is survived by: her significant other Lynn Voortman; her mother Alida Zijlstra; her siblings, Vince Zijlstra (Leanne) and Sita Guther; her niece Emily (Harry); and her nephews, Alex (Sharlee), Daniel and Shane. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
