He is survived by: his wife Johanna "Ann" Kuyvenhoven; his children, Janet Ouwehand (Ron), Betty Watson (Jim), Arthur Kuyvenhoven and Theresa Kuyvenhoven (Cathy); his grandchildren, Michelle Ouwehand, Nicole Ouwehand, Monique Nagtegaal (Chris), Lacey Ouwehand, Michelle Jacklitch (Dean), Len Martin, Elycia Mikesic (Ivan), Alexandra Kuyvenhoven, Lucas Kuyvenhoven, Connor, Victoria, Emilee, Marieke, Clara, Tanner, Madison, Logan, Milo and Olive; and his brother Gerrard.
