She was predeceased by: her siblings, William Lloyd (Elsie), Patrick Lloyd (Patricia), Beverly Farmer (Robert) and Dwight Lloyd. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Furler (Stephanie Sams) and Stefan Furler; her granddaughters, Jessica Lynn and Mackenzie Madison; and her siblings, Diane Crocker (Ross) and Paul Lloyd (Lynda).
"It is Sharon's request that in place of flowers, donations be made to The Canadian Hearing Society, The Canadian/American Tinnitus Association or The Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf, preferably to be directed towards research for the Mondini Dysplasia and/or Tinnitus. Donations may also be directed to the Thyroid Foundation of Canada for research.".
