She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Houston and Dorothy Houston. She is survived by: her significant other Peter Myers; her siblings, Beverly (Jeff), Roy (Sheila), Sandy (Lloyd) and Donnie (Lynne); her nieces and nephews, Jeffrey, Jenny, Christopher, Nicholas and April; her great-nephew Justin; and her great-niece Gena.
