It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sergio Zanini (Burlington, Ontario), who passed away on October 13, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Eva; his daughter Mary Anne DiCiocco (Gino); his parents, Giovanni Zanini and Letizia Zanini; and his sister Antonietta "Toni" Bucci.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Arianna (Tristan); and his siblings-in-law, Nino Bucci and Adele Lymar. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Burlington - Bay Gardens Cremation, Memorial & Funeral Home (1010 Botanical Dr, Burlington, ON L7T1V1). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bayview Cemetery (740 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J3).
