She is survived by: her grandchildren, Scott (Irina), Steve (Michelle) and Danny (Jenni); her great grandchildren, Connor, Liam and Avery; her sisters, Connie (Phil), Anne (Lee) and Linda (Serge); her daughter Beverley; her former husband Doug Atkinson (Margaret); and also, Shirley Gow (John), Bruce (Marie) and Donna (Jason). She is also survived by her nine nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the St. Joseph Healthcare Foundation (earmarked for palliative care) in Hamilton, Ontario, or the World Wildlife Fund Canada would be appreciated.
