He is survived by: his sister Kathleen (Tom Kupecz); his children, Johanna Botari (Adam Benjamin), Jeff Botari (Laura Botari) and Jennifer Botari (Chris Howard); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Owen, Holly and Dorian.
