Rosina Riggitano Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosina Riggitano (Burlington, Ontario), who passed away on December 7, 2024 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rosina Riggitano to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Teresa Santaguida and Giuseppe Santaguida; and her siblings, Antonio Santaguida (late Concetta) of Montreal, Teresa Ranieri (late Pietro), Nina (late Bruno) of Jasper, Maria Farriol (late Gabriele) of Argentina and Giuseppe Santaguida (late Marianna).

She is survived by: her children, Domenic Riggitano, Gelorma Angelini, Teresa D'Olimpio (Leo), Josie Belisario (Larry), Angela DeSimone (Frank) and Pasquale Riggitano (Rosa); and her siblings, Aurora Nocita (late Antonio), Rocco Santaguida (Aurora) and Mario Santaguida (Dora). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Burlington - Bay Gardens Cremation, Memorial & Funeral Home (1010 Botanical Dr, Burlington, ON L7T1V1). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Alzheimer's Society or a charity of your choice can be made in her memory.
