He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Marjorie. He is survived by: his spouse Linda; his children, Cheryl Jacobsen (Sean), Crystal and Cara (Jason Lee); his grandchildren, Dylan, Coen, Michaela, Joshua, Noah and Daniel; and his sibling Barbara.
