She was predeceased by: her husband Werner. She is survived by: her children, Patricia (Jochen) and Peter (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Kieran (Caroline), Kayla, Carolynne, Markus, Katherine, Thomas, Aaron (Elayna), Michael, Matthew and Hannah.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Heart and Stroke and Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation are appreciated.
