We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2022, at the age of 75, Philip Charles Lichtenberger of Burlington, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Gladys; and his sister Donna Haller (Harvey). He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his brothers, John (Linda) and Bill (Sue); his nephew Heffernan; his daughters, Heather Frederick (Rob), Catherine Ewert (Scott) and Carolyn Brown (Matt); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Emma, Bradley, Daniel, Sean, Aubree and Philip.

If desired, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, Dementia Research or to the SickKids Foundation would be appreciated. Donations are being accepted for: Alzheimer Society Assessment Diagnostic Dementia (Assessment and Diagnostic of Dementia) SickKids Foundation.
