He is survived by: his children, James (Linda), Patrick Cook and Tina Harris; his grandsons, Steven, Dustin, Dylan Cook, Jacob and Zachary Harris; and his sisters, Joyce Huber, Lorraine Warner and Carol Dequetteville.
