He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his parents, James Blake and Mary Blake; his brothers, Bob and John Blake; and his daughter-in-law Angela Blake.
He is survived by: his children, Mary (Dan Edmondstone) of Burlington and Dr. John Blake of Halifax; his grandsons, Tom, Paul Edmondstone and James Blake; and his great grandchild Harper. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Smith's Funeral Home - Brant Street (485 Brant St, Burlington, ON L7R2G5). A prayer will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 4:45 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church (287 Plains Rd E, Burlington, ON L7T2C7).
