It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Sweetman (Burlington, Ontario), who passed away on May 30, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her mother Mildred Sweetman; her siblings, Maureen Lush (Bob), Peter Sweetman (Inga) and Tom Sweetman (Viki); and her nieces and nephews, Jessica, Janine and Erik.
