Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patricia Carol Jaschek (Burlington, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 81, on March 29, 2021. She was predeceased by: her husband George; and her sister Joan Sleeman (late Jack). She is survived by: her children, Terry, Paul and Jeff (Leah); her grandchild Kristofor (Meagan); her siblings, Debbie D'Addario (Mike) and James Chrysler (Sandra); her nephew Jack William; her niece Jane Anne (Brian); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jack Patrick, Michael, Jennifer (Bernie), Andrea, Shannon, Sharlene and Shane; and also, Liam, Jonathan and Camryn. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
Due to COVID-19, all events are restricted to a specified number of attendees.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
