It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman James Cowan in Burlington, Ontario, who passed away on February 12, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Cowan and Blanche Cowan (Holtby); his wife Margaret; his daughters, Janet and Sandra (Tom); his granddaughters, Isabel and Anna; and his siblings, Helen Ann, Verla and Donald John. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, and his two sisters-in-law.
