She was predeceased by: her husband John Robert Forsey; and her siblings, Violet Danz (late Bud), Joyce Merolini (late Sonny), Vincent Lafontaine, Gerald Lafontaine (late Lillian), Bobby Lafontaine (late Paola) and Jack Lafontaine (Scheryl).

She is survived by: her child Leigh Ann Forsey of Hamilton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
