It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil Ivor Blackman (Hamilton, Ontario), who passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Blackman; his granddaughter Maya Oppermann; his siblings, Wajid, Wahid, Walter, Sophie, Lucille and Parbatie (Babsie); his nieces and nephews, Rudolph, John, Gloria, James, Patrick, Sandra and Grace; and his great-niece Marcia Willings.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Bay Gardens Funeral Home (1010 Botanical Dr, Burlington, ON L7T1V1). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Burlington - Bay Gardens Cremation, Memorial & Funeral Home (1010 Botanical Dr, Burlington, ON L7T1V1). A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens (1895 Main St W, Hamilton, ON L8S1J2).
