He was predeceased by: his child Marcia Keller (David). He is survived by: his children, Mark MacDonald (Karen), Dawn Bell (Donald) and Ellen Armstrong (Peter); his grandchildren, Ben, Lindsay, Kristian, Sachi, Jenna and Hunter; and his great grandchild Vera.
