He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Steele and Vera Steele. He is survived by: his spouse Peggy; his children, Cindy Gollinger (Brian), Chris Steele (Michelle Wright) and Tim Steele; his granddaughters, Heather, Stephanie, Amanda and Caitlyn; and his siblings, Sylvia Burgher and Eric Steele.
