Michelangelo Butera Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 14, 2019, at the age of 89, Michelangelo Butera (Burlington, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Giovanna; his parents, Michelangelo and Rosina; his parents-in-law, Pasquale Michelangelo Caruso and Paolina; his brother Giacomo (Maria); and his siblings-in-law, Angelo Sartori, Rosa Caurso, Angelina Caruso (Raffaele Perri), Luigi Mariano and Michele Nicola Caruso.
He is survived by: his children, Rosina (Toronto) and Pat (Stoney Creek); his siblings, Soccorsa of Italy, Santo (Concetta) of Italy and Armando of Italy; and his siblings-in-law, Maria Caruso, Wanda Ferraro of Italy, Michela Caruso (Jack) and Eugenia Bozzo (Silvio). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the Cancer Assistance Program and the Good Shepherd Centre (Emmanuel House) in Michelangelo's memory.
