He is survived by: his wife Dale; his daughters, Amanda (Andrew) and Lauren (Shaun); his siblings, Jeannie (John), Robert and Nancy (Chris); and his sisters-in-law, Debbie (Mark) and Dawn. He is also survived by family, lifelong friends.
