He is survived by: his wife Deanna Ewen; his children, Christopher (Sue), Katherine and Janette; his grandchildren, Luke, Callum and Max; his sister Maureen Whitehead (Brian); and his brother-in-law Dan Baka. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
