Marjorie Nelson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Nelson of Burlington, Ontario, who passed away on June 29, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bill; her granddaughter Lindsay; her siblings, Garfield, Harold, Wallace Magwood and Dorothy Bowcott; and her parents, George Magwood and Phoebe Magwood.

She is survived by: her children, Jane Rajantie, Leslie Giacomelli (Gerald), Chris Nelson (Cindy Robertson) and Jennifer O'Shea (Martin MacDonald); her grandchildren, Natasha (Ian), Ben, Drew (Erika), Claire (Andrew), Carly (Ryan), Nicholas (Dalia), Patrick (Abbey), Stephanie, Garnet, Eoin and Ally; her great grandchildren, Viola, Liesl, Ryker, Evie, Levi, Gavin and Wren; her sisters, Audrey Weidner and Joan Henderson; and her sister-in-law Doris Magwood.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Royal Botanical Gardens would be greatly appreciated.
