She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Burns and Elizabeth Burns (Dupuis); and her siblings, Bella, Theresa, Kay, Anna, Carmel, Henry, John Louis, John Frederick, Vincent, Danny and Clarence.

She is survived by: her spouse Georges-Claude; her children, Marilyn Daoust-Savoie (Jean) of West Kelowna, B. C, Jacqueline Sykes of Summerland, B. C., Claudette-Kit Tanouye (Tom) of Beamsville, ON, Paul Daoust (Roxanne) of Saskatoon and Michèle Daoust of Kelowna, B. C; her grandchildren, Jean-Paul, Stephane, Stephanie, Richard, Vanessa, Rebecca, Nicole, Kristin and Nicholas; and her siblings, Rita Murdock, Patsy Munro, Arlene Bryce (Dave) and Jackie Burns.
