With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lucia Tartaglia (Burlington, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Lucia left this world on March 29, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Lucia shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Lucia farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ercole Petti and Filomena Petti; and her niece Lora.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Burlington - Bay Gardens Cremation, Memorial & Funeral Home (1010 Botanical Dr, Burlington, ON L7T1V1). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J1).
In Lieu of Flowers, Donations to SPCA Hamilton/Burlington Animal Welfare or St. Joseph's Healthcare Hemodialysis Unit, King campus (Patient comfort fund) would be appreciated by the family.
