She was predeceased by: her spouse John Martin Slobodnik; and her parents, Frank Ptacin and Cornelia Ptacin. She is survived by: her children, Christine Murray (Robert Bendall) of Corunna and Martin Slobodnik (Mary Robinson) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Matthew Murray (Sara) of Sarnia, John Murray (Stephanie Michieli) of Aurora, Julie Murray (Bradley Taylor) of Sarnia, Kayla Slobodnik and Noah Slobodnik of Burlington; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Jones, Hayley Murray and Abigail Taylor; her siblings, Richard Ptacin (Sheila) of Chattanooga, TN, Gregory Ptacin (Jan) of Sugar Grove and Ohio; and her sibling-in-law Martha Cervenko (Frank) of Kingston.
