He is survived by: his spouse Iolanda (Mercanti); his children, Nicki Remilli (Gilbert), Fiorella Pitura (Ted) and Sabrina Fiorucci (Joe); his grandchildren, Christina (Emanuel), Alexandra (Mike), Steven (Michelle), Victoria (Alexander), Olivia and Sophia; and his siblings-in-law, Tony (late Florence), Maria (late Carlo), Lilliana (late Nardino) and Josephine (late Gabriele).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hamilton - Bay Gardens Funeral Home (947 Rymal Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8W3M2). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cathedral Basilica of Christ (714 King St W, Hamilton, ON L8P1C7). An entombment was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J1).
