He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Monica Grace; his parents, George and Edith; and his siblings, Russell (Joan), Norma (Ken Doyle) and Thelma (Ron Davies).

He is survived by: his children, Susan (Ric Thomson), David (Jo), Kathy (David Gooderham), Karen Parke-Tristram and Monica (Stuart Ellis); his grandchildren, Kelly Thomson-Maddocks (Bob), Graeme Parke (Megan), Nicholas Parke (Becky), Leslie Warren (Kyle), Christopher Gooderham (Samantha), Mark Gooderham (Cristin), Grace Tristram, Daniel Tristram, Lauryn Ellis and Kate Ellis; and his brother Donnie.
