He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira McDonald (Larry) and Ruth McDonald. He is survived by: his children, Kristen McDonald (Alain Grandmont) of Burlington and Mike McDonald (Julie) of Stoney Creek; and his siblings, Lynda James (Richard), Dale McDonald (Emily) and Wynn McDonald (Lynda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
