He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenia Delean and Stan Kotarba. He is survived by: his siblings, Danuta Kotarba and Lucien Delean (Linda); his nieces and nephews, Justin, Nathan, Ashley and Julia Bassett (Brad); and his great-niece Ava.
