He is survived by: his children, Lisa Davi (California), Kay Mackay (Smithville), Joe Fazzari (Hamilton) and Sonny Fazzari (Stoney Creek); his sisters, Catherine Fazzari Salvi (Hamilton) and Stella Nardini (Hamilton); his sister-in-law Muriel Fazzari (Tony); his grandchildren, Santino D., Garrett, Sarina, Maya, Xavier, Nicholas, Santino F. and Alivia; and his uncle Joe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
