He was predeceased by: his husband Robert. He is survived by: his spouse Dana; his child Toni Chappel; his grandchildren, Jennifer Mann (Wayne) and Michelle Chappel; his great grandchildren, Emily Chappel-Mann and Matthew Chappel-Mann; and his nephew David. He is also survived by his parents and siblings.
