He was predeceased by: his parents, Alec Nelligan and Eileen Nelligan. He is survived by: his wife Margot Brown; his son John Nelligan Jr. (Anna); his grandchildren, Riley and Jillian; his children, Ryan Nelligan and Katie-Anne Solomou (Michael); and his grandsons, Joseph and Jacob.
