John Miles Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Miles (Burlington, Ontario), born in Fredericton, New Brunswick, who passed away on May 24, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Catherine; his grandson Stephen; his brother Ralph (late Dorothy); and his parents, Ralph Miles and Hazel Miles (Young).

He is survived by: his children, John (Debbie), Robert, Leytha Miles (Ronald Crabbe) of Burlington and Dalyce Miles-Laurie of Oakville; his grandchildren, Doug (Melissa), John (Amanda), Matthew, James, Laura (Matthew), Arthur, Frances (Eric) and Catherine (Robert); and his great grandchildren, Brody, Aidan, Johnny, Layla, Ryan, Sophie, Jack and Ellie. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests donations in memory of John to the CNIB and Diabetes Canada.
