He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Ayling and Doris Ayling. He is survived by: his wife Daisy (Lynne); his daughter Jennifer (Dan Fuciarelli); his granddaughter Lucy; his sisters, Christine Bunn (Bill) and Joan Reed (Rick); and his parent-in-law Jean Nuttall (late Kenneth). He is also survived by his niece, nephews, great niece.

John fought Parkinson's with grace and dignity for over 25 years, but the Covid-19 was just too much for him.
