With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jillian Ruth Monachello (Burlington, Ontario), who passed away on October 23, 2019 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ronald, Rose Hyatt, Placido and Leona Monachello. She is survived by: her husband Derek Schweitzer; her children, Michaela, Lauren, Jacob and Lucas; her parents, John Monachello and Marie Monachello; her siblings, Jeffrey Monachello (Sandra) and Kristin Monachello (Ian); her parents-in-law, Don and Joy Schweitzer; her siblings-in-law, Jeffrey and Erin Schweitzer; and her nieces and nephews, Cameron and Ella. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jillian's name may be made to St. Stephen's-on-the-Hill, United Church of Canada in Mississauga or to St. Joseph's Hospital Hamilton would be appreciated.
