He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Connie Tigert; his sons, John (Anna) and David (Lisa); his stepchildren, Kim (Doug) and Adele (Jeff); his siblings, Doug (Mary Jane), Audrey (Mel) and Janet (Peter); and his parents, Arthur and Marion.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Joseph Brant Hospital, Burlington, where Don received compassionate care in his last weeks and days.
