He was predeceased by: his wife Bette. He is survived by: his children, Mike (Cathy) and Lynda Beth (Trish); his grandchildren, Brett (Morgan), Drew Halstead (Nicky) and Caitlin Kerns; and his great grandchildren, Beau and Leighton. He is also survived by his extended family, and friends.
