He was predeceased by: his brother John Murphy (Marion); and his brother-in-law Richard Murchland. He is survived by: his children, Helen Murphy-Hage (Hank), James (Deborah), John (Diane), Patrick, Catherine Bradshaw (Martin), Brian, Peggy Churey and Kieran (Margaret); and his sisters, Mary Murchland and Winifred Murchland (Francis). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
