He was predeceased by: his parents, Nazzareno Costa and Orsola Costa. He is survived by: his wife Marika; his children, Andrew Costa (Lee-Ann) and Alison Costa; his grandchildren, Ethan and Dylan; his sisters, Ann Costa (Tony), Sav DiGennaro (Dino) and Cathy Allegra (Russell); and his brother-in-law Jerry Wilk (Martha). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
