He was predeceased by: his wife Willie Barlow. He is survived by: his daughters, Lorrie Westmoreland (Mike), Cindy Armstrong (Kirk), Connie Marshall (Ian) and Leslie Saker (Jason); his grandchildren, Shannon (Jason), Samantha (David), Chase (Carly), Cameron, Connor, Makenna, Eastyn and Kade; and his great grandchildren, Violet, Walter and Nell. He is also survived by extended family and will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
