She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Lillie; her parents, Irene Wilson and Samuel Wilson; and her brother Donald. She is survived by: her children, Mark (Karen Fancy) and Marilyn (Wayne Laxton); and her grandchildren, Grant, Sara, Jamison, Ryan, Matthew and Benjamin. She is also survived by mother who raised two young children alone when her husband, the love of her life.

The family will not be having a funeral service at this time due to the pandemic but plan to have a glorious wine and cheese party in Gloria's honour at a future date.
