He was predeceased by: his spouse Corrie; his sister Janet; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Schenk, John Vermeulen and Thera Haveman (Henny).
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Howie (Carl); his grandchildren, Derrick and Amanda; his siblings, Judy Schenk, Dorothy, Ron (Jane) and Rick; and his siblings-in-law, Gus (Donna), Ingrid Bartels (Ben), Marianne Jagt (Lammert), Anne and Ria (Chris) of Holland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
