Ellen Waugh Obituary

She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her children, Tracy McCannell (Mark) and Tammy Waugh-Stewart (Doug); her grandchildren, Tammy (Ethan), Anna, Charlie (Jodi), Jimmy and Mallory; her great grandchild Foster; and her siblings, Joseph, Jane Newlands and Ernie.
